ODL Markets Fair Use Policy

ODL Markets is committed to providing a high quality trading experience to all of its clients. In order to achieve this, we have a fair use policy to benefit and protect our account holders. If you hold an ODL Markets Trading account then the Fair Use Policy will apply to you.

The vast majority of our clients will be unaffected by the Fair Use Policy as they do not undertake actions that would be deemed inappropriate. Inappropriate behaviour may include any action that potentially abuses, or risks abusing, the trading systems and the services we provide, or reduces the level or quality of service to other clients

The Fair Use Policy supports what has been detailed in our Terms of Business. This may, in certain circumstances, and with no prior notice, permit ODL to take action on your account to protect other account holders and ourselves. Examples of actions taken by ODL may include suspending or terminating your account, limiting your trade size, amending your account type, limiting trade volumes and terminating your platform access.
